Automotive Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Manage workshop resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of work
- Allocate tasks to technicians and oversee their performance
- Monitor staff and workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and maintain a clean, tidy workshop environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience as a Workshop Controller with a franchised dealership
- Fully qualified technician with a strong understanding of automotive systems
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays.
