About the Role:
We are Octane Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the automotive industry. Our client, a well-established car dealership, is seeking an experienced Parts Operations Manager to manage their parts department.
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient stock management, order processing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of parts operatives to achieve targets and goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- The salary for this role is £31,000 - £37,000 basic, depending on experience, with an OTE of £35,000 - £41,000.
