Automotive Parts Leader

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Leader to manage our large Parts Department in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Parts Advisors who cater to both retail and trade customers. Your primary goal will be to source the right parts for customers' needs while working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Service department to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Parts Advisors to achieve excellent customer service standards
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager and Service department to drive business growth
- Source and procure parts to meet customer demands
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the Parts Department
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role is highly desirable
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results-driven outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (OTE £36,000 - £41,000)
