Multilingual Automotive Industry Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in supervising and mentoring customer service specialists to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
- Analyse customer feedback, call trends, and performance data to identify areas for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Handle escalated calls and provide guidance to the team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain service levels and ensure all operational goals and SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and implement system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (C1/C2 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in contact centers, preferably with team management experience.
- Proven leadership skills to lead, motivate, and coach teams to improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
