Job Description: At Euro London Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Automotive Industry Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting both the Norwegian and UK markets, helping to drive exceptional customer service across both regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in supervising and mentoring customer service specialists to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
  • Analyse customer feedback, call trends, and performance data to identify areas for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Handle escalated calls and provide guidance to the team to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain service levels and ensure all operational goals and SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and implement system enhancements.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (C1/C2 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in contact centers, preferably with team management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead, motivate, and coach teams to improve performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
