Healthcare Operations Manager

The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. We are seeking an experienced Recovery Lead to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established global hospital group, Ramsay Health Care UK, which has over 50 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Job Overview:
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Recovery experience - 3 Years +
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Demonstrated computer skills
