We're looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at MSI Reproductive Choices UK. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless client care and exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include handling phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties while interacting with clients in person and over the phone. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored support and guidance throughout their journey.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, a supportive work environment, flexible schedule, and an impressive benefits package that includes financial rewards, career development opportunities, and health and wellness initiatives.

In addition to your salary, you'll also receive reimbursement for travel costs outside of your base location, up to 5% employer pension contribution, and access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
