Support Role for Students with Complex Needs

At Inspire EHC Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with diverse needs.

We seek a dedicated Educational Support Professional to join our team, working closely with students who require additional support, including those with Moderate Learning Difficulties, Specific Learning Disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and more.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers to create tailored support plans, develop strategies to engage students, and contribute to a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Individualized Support: Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Lesson Support: Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans, ensuring all students have equal opportunities to succeed.
  • Classroom Management: Assist teachers in maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, ensuring all necessary resources are available and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English Language is required.
  • SEN Experience: Previous experience working with pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Transportation: A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
  • Compliance: Must have a Full-Time Right to Work status in the UK.

Compensation: £13-£15 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay).

Job Type: Temp to Perm, Full-time (40 hours per week, term time only).
