We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide vital support to service users with mental health needs.

About the Opportunity

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans. Your primary focus will be on assisting service users in participating in structured activities and promoting their recovery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of structured activities and assisting in the planning for individual and group therapeutic interventions
  • Building one-to-one relationships with service users to enhance their engagement and empowerment
  • Contributing to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities

For this role, we offer a competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000) and a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, free parking, and career development opportunities.
