Strategic Customer Manager

Law Business Research is seeking a Strategic Customer Manager to drive business growth through key account management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers. Your goal will be to increase sales yield levels and revenue through effective project management and client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to carry out activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value
- Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology
- 12 months+ of Sales leadership experience in a B2B sales role preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Salary and Benefits
