As a senior e-commerce merchandiser at Avon, you will be responsible for optimising our digital sales strategy across multiple owned platforms. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance, elevating the customer journey, and ensuring our digital channels deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers. Some key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital trading plan to drive sales and improve conversion rates
  • Leading weekly trading performance meetings to provide valuable insights and data-driven recommendations
  • Taking ownership of planning and executing digital promotions and merchandising campaigns

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital trading and merchandising, with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and data-driven decision making. They will also possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
