Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to lead our MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration and coordination for an outstanding service.

  • Oversee and manage all M&E projects, ensuring correct compliance
  • Lead teams of electricians, plumbers and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress, budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with the relevant Project Director
  • Ensure the highest standard of health & safety, quality and productivity throughout projects
  • Monthly forecasting
  • Make applications for payment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Elevate project management to new heights by overseeing the entire M&E project lifecycle.
  2. Empower your team with effective leadership and collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  3. Strategically plan, budget, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
  4. Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000-£65,000 per annum, including a company car or car allowance. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and opportunities for career progression within the company.
