Job Overview
">Senior Electrical Contracts Manager - We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of the M&E department, you will oversee all MEP projects ensuring seamless integration and coordination for an exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
">
  1. Directly overseeing and managing all M&E projects with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  2. Leading teams of skilled electricians, plumbers, and subcontractors to achieve outstanding results.
  3. Maintaining thorough progress monitoring, budget control, and timely project delivery.
  4. Closely collaborating with the relevant Project Director to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  5. Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and productivity throughout projects.
  6. Providing accurate monthly forecasting and making timely applications for payment.

Compensation Package
">The estimated annual salary for this role is £62,500, accompanied by a company car or car allowance. Additionally, you will receive 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, along with opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Requirements
">
  • A Level 3 Electrical qualification and relevant industry certifications.
  • 18th edition certification and experience working in a similar senior leadership position.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel as required.
