Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team as a key member of our MEP department.

  • Take charge of M&E project coordination, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
  • Lead electrical, plumbing, and subcontractor teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Manage M&E projects from initiation to completion, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
  2. Leverage your technical expertise to oversee electrical, plumbing, and subcontractor work.
  3. Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decisions.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £62,500, inclusive of a company car or car allowance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
