Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial success through decision-making and ensuring onsite merchandising commercial decisions are in line with the company's trading plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a digital merchandising strategy that drives increases in conversion rates, AOV, and margin.
  2. Manage onsite promotions and extended ranges to complement the offering and exceed sales budgets.
  3. Coordinate with buyers and planners to execute optimised buys, including creating class-level plans for web exclusives, core attachments, and extended assortments.
  4. Lead traffic-driving marketing activities such as search/SEO, PPC, affiliates, and other digital marketing channels.
  5. Oversee elements of Group Data Management to ensure best-in-class website experience for customers.
  6. Conduct special online merchandising tasks including homepage click, basket content, end-of-campaign, sales volumes, basket abandonment, and traffic analysis.
  7. Regularly review the website to ensure accuracy and relevancy of navigation, search, and product placement.

Requirements:

You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong commercial acumen, and financial competence.

Able to communicate and influence at all levels, you'll bring together cross-functional groups of people and demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills.
