Compliance and Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Lead to join our team at ICDS. As a key member of our MEP Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of compliance and risk management across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Document Control: You will be responsible for controlling and collating MEP project documentation, ensuring that all relevant documents are up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems.
- Procedure Development: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of MEP Compliance document control procedures, working closely with our Senior MEP Compliance Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Project Planning: You will assist in the planning stages of specific projects, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and that project timelines are met.
- Document Sharing: You will ensure that documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion, working closely with project teams to ensure that all stakeholders have access to the information they need.
- Issue Resolution: You will maintain and update the Issue Resolution Log, ensuring that all defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner and that our projects are delivered defect-free.
- Health and Safety: You will lead by example, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of our Company-specific Health & Safety policies and procedures, and that Health & Safety is a key consideration in all project discussions and decisions.
- Stakeholder Liaison: You will liaise with clients, client representatives, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all project activities are executed in accordance with our procedures and plans.
- Process Knowledge: You will have a full understanding and knowledge of MEP department processes, procedures, and plans, ensuring that these are complied with in the field by all relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule Review: You will review the master construction schedule to coordinate and track deliverables of project stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Meeting Coordination: You will coordinate, chair, and input into onsite and offsite meetings with all relevant project stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and that project timelines are met.
- Project Support: You will assist and guide project staff in outlining compliance responsibilities and the resolution of issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Progress Reporting: You will provide the project team with up-to-date information on current progress and risk items, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any potential issues or concerns.
- Non-Conformance Reporting: You will report any non-conformance in terms of non-compliance with agreed processes, promoting company standards and procedures and ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any potential issues or concerns.
- Training and Development: You will coordinate training and demonstrations as required, working closely with project teams to ensure that all stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
