Position Overview

We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a Compliance Risk Manager to join Trinity Resource Solutions, a leader in the Medical Devices industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop corrective measures while maintaining a corporate risk register to ensure adherence to both domestic and international legal and regulatory standards, as well as ethical practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee regulatory changes and ensure compliance by providing guidance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), advice, and training.
  • Local Compliance Oversight: Act as the Local Risk & Compliance Officer for all activities within the UK.
  • Compliance Framework Development: Establish and uphold a robust compliance management framework.
  • Effective Communication: Facilitate effective communication to manage information flow between management and specialized areas, advising UK-based managers and employees on compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, commercial law, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Compliance Officer capacity.
  • Familiarity with the UK healthcare sector, particularly in medical devices, quality management, and information security for healthcare data (knowledge of UK MDR, ISO 13485, ISO standards is advantageous).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
