Job Title: Head of Risk

Job Summary:

S4 Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: Design and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to identify, monitor, and report risks to the company.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, Group requirements, and best practices in risk management.
  • Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key risk indicators and performance metrics to proactively identify emerging risks and escalate any deviations from established risk thresholds.
  • Risk Register Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date risk register by conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities across the business.
  • Annual Risk-Based Monitoring Program: Implement and manage an annual risk-based monitoring program, coordinating the completion of quarterly risk controls within prescribed deadlines.
  • Business Continuity Planning: Maintain an up-to-date business continuity plan and coordinate BCP testing activity at least twice per year.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience in Risk Management: Proven experience in risk management, compliance, and business operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
