The successful candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry and related disciplines, with experience in managing teams and developing technical skills. They will be responsible for maximizing service provision, ensuring compliance with quality and training targets, and maintaining ISO 15189 accreditation.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
