**Job Title:** Specialist Behaviour Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Behaviour Educator to join our team at a SEND school in Islington. As a Specialist Behaviour Educator, you will be working with students aged 11-16 who have a primary diagnosis of social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) to develop their social and emotional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering targeted interventions to support students with SEMH needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans to promote student progress
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement whole-school behaviour management strategies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with students with SEMH needs and a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
