Education and Behaviour Specialist

We are a forward-thinking education provider dedicated to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are seeking an experienced Education and Behaviour Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students' needs.
- Lead a team of Behaviour Mentors and Learning Support Assistants to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.
- Provide support to staff in managing challenging behaviour and offer advice on de-escalation techniques.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in a behaviour management role, preferably within an SEMH or SEND setting.
- Proven track record of managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective strategies.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
