About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively match Care Workers with clients based on their care needs, with a focus on proximity whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of care services to clients, ensuring high-quality care is provided
  • Match Care Workers with clients based on their care needs and proximity
  • Conduct care assessments and reviews to ensure clients receive the best possible care
  • Motivate and support Care Workers to provide excellent care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC/CI/CIW regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (desirable)
  • Registration with the SSSC (Scotland) or SCW (Wales)
  • 2 years of experience working as a Care Coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency (desirable)
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
