Faculty Support Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our School Support Team as a Faculty Support Assistant.
This role involves providing administrative support to the faculty, as well as providing pastoral care and support to pupils.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service, including responding to enquiries from colleagues and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the faculty, including managing schedules and coordinating events.
- Provide pastoral care and support to pupils, including supporting their emotional and social well-being.
- Provide a customer-focused service, responding to enquiries from colleagues and members of the public.
- Work as part of a team to provide a high-quality administrative service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
You will also need to have a customer-focused approach and be able to provide a high-quality service to pupils, colleagues, and members of the public.
