An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a vital part of our team at Scottish Autism. We are currently providing support to over 60 autistic adults through our Day, Housing Support, and Care at Home services across the region. We are in search of a dedicated Senior Autism Practitioner.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the effective delivery of our services. By guiding a team of committed Autism Practitioners, you will motivate them to deliver exceptional support to autistic individuals. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their highest potential.
Utilizing your excellent communication abilities, you will work collaboratively with various agencies, multidisciplinary teams, and families to implement tailored support plans that empower individuals in their daily lives.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and proactive leader to manage a service that significantly enhances the lives of autistic individuals. It also provides a chance to engage in outstanding training and lead a dedicated team towards success. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the role requires shift work, including weekends and evenings, along with on-call responsibilities.

All positions are subject to a PVG Disclosure check. New employees must apply for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council within three months of starting and be registered within six months.
