At Scottish Autism, we recognize the essential support our staff provide to individuals with autism, which is why our support personnel are referred to as Autism Support Practitioners. We are committed to continuous improvement, ensuring that all our Autism Support Practitioners receive the necessary support and training to deliver exceptional service. This role is an excellent opportunity for those with general support worker experience looking to specialize.

  • 32 days of holiday pro rata (increasing with length of service),
  • Leading sector training from day one, including fully funded support for necessary qualifications,
  • Non-contributory life assurance,
