An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a part of our dedicated team within Scottish Autism. We currently provide support to over 60 autistic adults through our Day, Housing Support, and Care at Home services. We are in search of a new Senior Autism Practitioner.
In the role of Senior Autism Practitioner, you will oversee the effective delivery of our services in the region. By leading a committed team of Autism Practitioners, you will motivate them to deliver exceptional support to autistic individuals. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.
Utilizing your excellent communication abilities, you will work collaboratively with various agencies, multidisciplinary teams, and families to implement support strategies that enable individuals to thrive in their daily lives.
This position presents a remarkable opportunity for an innovative and proactive leader to manage a transformative service that significantly enhances the lives of autistic individuals. Additionally, it offers a chance to engage in comprehensive training and guide a diligent team towards success. Please note that this role requires flexibility in working hours, including shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
