Autism Practitioner

Scottish Autism is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Autism Practitioners. As a key member of our Central Area Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in various settings across Forth Valley.
About the Role:As an Autism Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized support plans, build positive relationships with our service users, and work in partnership with their families and health professionals. Your primary focus will be on enabling our service users to take part in their chosen activities, maintain their tenancies, and make decisions that matter to them.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized support plans for service users
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and health professionals
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure service users' life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support
- Enable service users to take part in their chosen activities, maintain their tenancies, and make decisions that matter to them
