An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a vital part of our team at Scottish Autism. We are currently supporting over 60 adults with autism through our Day, Housing Support, and Care at Home services across the region, and we are looking to bring on board a new Senior Autism Practitioner.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our services. You will lead a team of dedicated Autism Practitioners, motivating them to provide exceptional support to individuals with autism. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members to help them excel in their positions.

With your excellent communication abilities, you will work collaboratively with various agencies, multidisciplinary teams, and families to develop and implement support plans that enable individuals to thrive in their daily lives.

This position is ideal for a creative and forward-thinking leader who is eager to manage a transformative service that positively impacts the lives of autistic individuals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in comprehensive training and guide a committed team towards success. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the role requires shift work, including weekends, evenings, and on-call duties.
