We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at New Struan Residence in Alloa. As a Waking Nightshift Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure individuals' life goals and aspirations are at the forefront of their support.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.
