We are seeking a dedicated and confident professional to join our team as an Autism Practitioner. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults across Fife, providing personalised care across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalised support plans with the supported individuals, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are met.
- Build positive relationships with the supported individuals and their families.
- Support individuals to participate in their chosen activities and engage with their local community.
- Complete tasks necessary to maintain the individual's home and provide personal care as required.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who shares our values of Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential. New colleagues must be keen to learn and develop into the role.

We are committed to supporting over 60 autistic adults across Fife. Our services range in complexity and have varying staffing ratios, including 1:1 and 2:1 support. As an Autism Practitioner, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, and be flexible towards working hours.
