Autism Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Autism Practitioners within Central Area Services. Our team currently supports over 70 autistic adults across various settings in Forth Valley, and we are looking for people who share our values and are willing to learn and develop into the role.

About the Role

As an Autism Practitioner, you will be working in a variety of settings, including housing support, care at home, and outreach services. You will be providing specialist support to autistic individuals, and we offer an extensive autism-specific training programme to ensure you have the skills to deliver a quality service.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.75 per hour, or £23,088-£24,526 pro rata
  • Opportunity to work in a variety of settings and develop your skills and experience
  • Extensive autism-specific training programme
  • Supportive team environment

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with autistic adults and are willing to learn and develop into the role. If you have a generic support worker experience, this is a great opportunity to specialise and make a real difference to people's lives.

We are committed to providing outstanding training and support to our staff, and we are continuously improving to ensure all our Autism Practitioners are supported and have the skills to deliver a quality service.
