About the RoleAs an Autism Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans for each individual, fostering positive relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure each person's life goals and aspirations are central to their care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with mobility, personal care, and decision-making
- Promote independence and support community inclusion
- Help maintain each person's home and communal spaces, and participate in meaningful, enjoyable activities
