Scottish Autism is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our New Struan School residential team as Waking Nightshift Autism Practitioners. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist support to autistic individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure individuals' life goals and aspirations are at the forefront of their support.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and compassion.
