About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Cera Care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and support our care team in the field, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support care team members in the field, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans to ensure that they are up-to-date and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our clients and promote their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and coordinated service.
  • Identify and report any concerns or issues related to the delivery of care services.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new care team members.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to care services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations.
