Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role with significant autonomy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the UK and Europe, working within the fuel system parts vertical for cars and heavy machinery. With a strong background in B2B sales, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
- A generous car allowance of £6,000 per year
