Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Sinclair, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our people strategy, driving organisational success, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives focused on talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development challenges.
  • Analyse key HR metrics to offer insights and recommend improvements to drive business success.
  • Support and embed HR strategies into broader business transformation and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including local employment laws, employee relations, and HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day operational HR responsibilities.
