Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

As a key member of the Frazer Jones team, you will play a vital role in delivering a business partnering service to the Leadership Team and wider Business. Your expertise will be sought after by managers and directors within your specific business area, providing strategic advice and support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and support to managers and directors within your specific business area.
  • Lead on HR Change activities, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and delivery of a quality HR business partnering service.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team and specialists to ensure delivery of people priorities.
  • Analysis of monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics relating to sickness absence, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Coaching and upskilling of the ER Team, as well as leading on complex cases.
  • Manage employee engagement and performance management activities.

  • Positive, solutions-focused individual with the ability to question and challenge.
  • Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.

What We Offer:

Salary up to £70,000 per annum plus benefits. Hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite in Cheshire.
