Human Resources Business Partner Role

As a key member of the Guidant Global team, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary HR interface with the business, providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to employees and managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and consulting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
