Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

As a key member of the EFBQ team, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary HR interface with the business, providing strategic guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's global HR strategy and local legislation.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR-related issues, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow between the business and HR, providing input on business needs and ensuring management awareness of HR policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR processes and tools, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on career development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration, and talent management processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong HR generalist knowledge with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions, with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
