Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs
As a Female Support Worker with Avenues, you will work with three males and one female who have complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. Your primary focus will be on providing person-centred support to enhance their quality of life and enable them to participate fully in their communities.
