Role Overview: Female Support Worker - Waking Nights (Part-time)

This role involves working closely with adults in need of support, assisting them with daily activities and promoting independence. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we invite you to apply.

  1. Key responsibilities include supporting adults with daily living tasks, encouraging social interaction, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  2. Other duties may include managing personal finances, planning social activities, and ensuring the home is clean and organized.

Requirements:

  1. A full valid UK driving license and ability to drive a service vehicle.
  2. No prior experience in social care is required; we provide comprehensive training programs, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.
  3. Working hours: 35 hours per week
  4. Shift flexibility: variety of contracted hour shifts available
  5. Holiday entitlement: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
