Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Willing Care.
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's growth and exploration.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND COLLEAGUES, fostering a sense of community and cooperation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of children's development and well-being, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of progress.
- Adhere to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations, prioritizing the welfare and protection of children in our care.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, demonstrating expertise in early childhood development and education.
- Prior experience as a Nursery Practitioner, showcasing a strong understanding of the role's responsibilities and demands.
- Proficiency in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
