Support Manager

Elite Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced Support Manager to oversee the operations of our care homes and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targets

Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a Nurse with relevant post-registration experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
