Job Title: Care Home Operations Manager

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care home managers and staff to deliver outstanding care and service to residents.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate care delivery processes and outcomes, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
