Support Nursing Home Manager

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced nurse manager to support our growing team of nursing homes across the region. As a Support Nursing Home Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance, implement policies, and provide mentoring to staff, driving positive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and mentor care home managers and staff to create a productive and supportive environment.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and business development, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations and internal and external regulations, implementing strategies to minimize risks.
  • Maintain high standards of care, continually monitoring and improving care delivery to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Establish systems to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in managing a care home, delivering positive outcomes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in nurse management.
