Nursing Home Operations Manager

Willing Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced nurse manager to support our growing team of care homes across the region. As a Support Nursing Home Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance, implement policies, and provide mentoring to staff, driving positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and business development, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations and internal and external regulations, implementing strategies to minimise risks.
Maintain high standards of care, while continually monitoring and improving care delivery to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Build and sustain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC Pin
Proven experience in managing a care home, delivering positive outcomes
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in nurse management
