Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at CoStar Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  5. Education to degree level or equivalent experience
