Surbiton, Greater London, United Kingdom EMCOR UK Full time

At EMCOR UK, we're revolutionising facilities management by combining our engineering heritage with innovation capability. We prioritise people in everything we do, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.

As an Operational Planning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in defining forthcoming works programmes using our Asset Management System. This involves incorporating planned, breakdown, new work, and contracted tasks to ensure seamless execution.

You'll develop proposed plans, evaluating materials and resource requirements, relative priority of tasks, and ensuring activities don't conflict. Your close liaison with facilities management will gain and record actions and approvals for the plan through planning meetings.

Key responsibilities include processing and chasing work packages, monitoring and reviewing outstanding work, and informing WSOs, Managers, and end-users of progress on a regular basis. You'll also undertake customer satisfaction questionnaires, record feedback, and communicate revisions to the facilities team.

Additionally, you'll cover leave and absences of other facilities coordinators as needed and carry out duties as required by the Team Leader. The successful candidate will be SC Cleared and willing to undergo DV clearance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that values excellence in operational planning. If you have practical experience in an operational environment, knowledge of planning tools, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

EMCOR UK offers a competitive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday + BH, Company Pension, Flex Benefits (EMCOR UK discount scheme), and more. Our partnering approach empowers customers to shape a better future, creating better places for work while taking away the burden of facility operations.
