Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure agreed standards and prioritize workload.
  • Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
  • Respond to service shortfalls and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct daily maintenance on machinery and report any issues.
  • Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available and request replenishments as needed.
  • Attend and complete training as required.
  • Use chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional manner.
  • Work safely and raise any health and safety risks or hazards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and storage areas.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of workplace cleaning, good timekeeping, and excellent customer service skills. You should also have a methodical and meticulous approach to work and be able to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices.
