Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As an integral part of our administrative department, you will provide comprehensive support to the hepatology team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate mail outs, labels, and stationery supplies, ensuring efficient communication and record-keeping.
  • Maintain departmental expenditure records, tracking expenses and producing monthly updates.
  • Monitor staff leave, absences, and attendance, ensuring compliance with Trust policies.
About the Role
