As the first point of contact for clients and partners, you will support a diverse team with essential administrative tasks and provide friendly, professional interactions. While prior administrative experience is beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone with the right personality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage communications between the team, clients, and external partners, ensuring a professional and friendly interface.
  2. Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and legal proceedings.
  3. Maintain and organize important documents and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Assist with general office duties, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
  5. Provide additional administrative support to the legal team as needed.
